Spotlight on Giving - Each year Leadership Santa Fe gathers a diverse group of leaders from the public and private sectors who help each other learn how to make a difference in their community. Over six weekends and nine months, participants focus on one issue each weekend, such as environment, economic development, health, and youth. Group discussion and peer-to-peer coaching draw on each person’s strengths.

Since 1983, Leadership Santa Fe has trained hundreds of community leaders this way, including a Santa Fe school board member, police chief, city council member, and scores of business owners and workers — including La Fonda’s controller Greg Quintana!
